Sophia's recipe

Sophia was eating nutella from the jar.

"Mummy", she said very seriously. "Do you know how to make nutella icecream?"

"Nope"

We had made chocolate icecream to some success last week. It was delicious, but there was way too much cream. I wont repeat it too often unless I can find a tofu variety.

"Mummy, you just have to take some nutella, add some water and mix it until it is very stiff"

By this time, I was listening hard.

"Then you have to add some sugar, but if the nutella already has sugar, you dont need to add any more sugar, and then you just have to mix some more and put in the freezer"

I am tempted to try it out. In the meantime, here is a cool experiment with milk, food coloring and dish soap
