yesterday I decided to take the jump about losing my belly. Partly prompted by husband's ambitioin to take part in the ironman competition at some point of time in the future.
Husband cycled to work in the morning, it was a 1.5 hour trip for him.
i checked the route back home. Been coming to campus for the past 11 years and never realized exactly how close campus is to Bukit batok. it was 7.2 kilometers. I walked last evening. it took 1.15 hours. Not bad, but I anticipate it would get boring after a couple of walks. Should get a walkman
Tried something different this morning and got the bicycle. It took 45 minutes. There were three places where it was hard to cycle and I had to push the bike in the upslope. But all in all, feel that it was a nice attempt. lets see how it keeps up

Walking for 1.15 hours or cycling for 45 mins every morning and evening.... wow.... a drastic step to trim the tummy!
